Replenishment Planner M/F

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Replenishment Planner M/F for one of our clients, as part of a maternity leave replacement.

As a Replenishment Planner M/F, you will play a key role in optimizing supply flows and product availability, in order to guarantee business continuity and appropriate stock levels.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyze replenishment needs based on consumption, forecasts, and stock levels.
• Place and monitor orders with suppliers in compliance with defined deadlines, quantities, and conditions.
• Control stock consistency and anticipate risks of shortages or overstock.
• Follow up with suppliers and ensure monitoring of confirmations, delivery times, and any disputes.
• Update replenishment data in management tools.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, production, and/or sales teams to optimize product availability.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of replenishment processes and the reliability of monitoring indicators.
• Contribute to variance analysis and the proposal of corrective actions.

REQUIREMENTS

Training:

• Training in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, management, or an equivalent field.

Experience:

• Initial experience in replenishment, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is appreciated.
• Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and replenishment principles.
• Comfort with management/ERP tools and monitoring indicators.

Languages:

• Operational written English
