Responsibilites

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
• Handle progress claims and payment certifications with accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on variation orders and contractual matters
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Track project costs and provide regular reports to management
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with contract terms

Requirments

• S'porean / PR
• SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in the Singapore construction or civil engineering industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proactive and comfortable handling certification and collection processes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and contract standards (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC)
