Job Description 工作内容

1. Oversee M&E, electrical and ELV installation projects at construction sites.

1. Read and interpret architectural, M&E and ELV system drawings, prepare method statements and site work plans.

1. Supervise site workers, arrange daily work schedule, monitor work progress and quality.

1. Conduct site safety inspection, enforce MOM and BCA safety regulations, manage site risks.

1. Coordinate with main contractor, client, consultants and sub-contractors for site meetings.

1. Prepare site reports, material take-off, progress claim documents and resolve technical site issues.

1. Train workers, ensure all site works comply with project specifications and local codes.

Requirements

Job Requirements 任职要求

1. Diploma / Degree in Electrical or M&E Engineering.

1. Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in Singapore construction M&E / fire projects.

1. Possess valid WSH Supervisor certificate.

1. Proficient in reading construction drawings, familiar with Singapore fire code and electrical regulations.

1. Strong communication skill to manage multi-national site team.

1. Responsible, safety-minded, able to attend site meetings and handle site emergencies.
