Job Description:

Definition and deployment of Purchasing Strategies for their scopeAnalyze purchases within their scope: spending by suppliers and by purchasing familiesPropose purchasing strategies by family by establishing a market analysis, cost analyses, a target supplier panel, and a Purchasing action planDeploy purchasing strategies: Communication of the purchasing strategy and monitoring of action plansBuild and monitor budgets, KPIs, and purchasing reporting for their portfolioSourcing management and consultations: Prospect, evaluate, and select potential suppliersManage supplier consultations: select products and suppliers according to defined purchasing strategiesNegotiate and streamline purchases (price, lead times, supply modes, and payment, delivery terms, contracts, specifications, etc.) Be the guarantor of the purchasing database (suppliers, items, purchasing specifications, customs codes, etc.) Supplier performance management: Ensure the proper execution of supplier commitments and manage any disputesDrive supplier performance evaluation (costs, lead time, quality, etc.)Analyze supplier performance and establish improvement plansBring innovation opportunities from suppliersCross-functional actions: Optimize the purchasing process, in connection with quality certifications obtained and in the process of being obtainedParticipate in cross-functional projectsPurchasing Portfolio: Raw Materials (chemical products / alcohol, urea, etc.) and componentsPackaging***Trading products

Profile Description:

Master's degree (Engineer) with an additional specialization in Purchasing

Bilingual English (spoken & written)

4 to 5 years of experience in purchasing is desired.

Negotiation / Argumentation skills, ability to propose solutions,

Proactivity, customer satisfaction, priority management,

Team spirit, listening skills

Proficiency in IT tools: MsOffice, Internet, JDE (would be a plus)
