Your tasks
About the role atNorth is seeking a structured, proactive, and trustworthy Site Development Coordinator who will work closely with our Site Development Manager and play a central role in the development of DEN02 as well as upcoming site development projects.
You will work at the intersection of project development, regulatory processes, real estate acquisitions, stakeholder management, and management support. You will gain insight into the projects' history, agreements, risks, and priorities, and contribute to creating continuity and momentum across many simultaneous activities.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the Site Development Manager in coordination, prioritization, and follow-up on DEN02 and other sites.
- Prepare meetings, decision proposals, status reports, presentations, and background material.
- Translate decisions and discussions into clear actions, ownership, and deadlines, as well as ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate dialogue and meetings with authorities, politicians, landowners, neighbors, consultants, and other partners.
- Support processes regarding real estate transactions, transfers, usage rights, planning matters, and permits.
- Prepare and quality-assure correspondence, notes, reports, and presentations in Danish and English.
- Maintain action lists, decision logs, stakeholder overviews, and relevant project summaries.
- Identify missing clarifications, risks, or follow-ups early and bring them forward in a constructive manner.
- Contribute to common workflows, templates, and documentation principles across existing and upcoming sites.
Requirements
The role requires independence, judgment, and high integrity. You must be able to navigate professionally between management, authorities, politicians, landowners, neighbors, consultants, contractors, and internal functional departments.
Who are you? You thrive on creating structure in complex and changing environments. You naturally see the loose ends, the missing clarifications, and the next necessary steps. At the same time, you understand that the role is built on trust, discretion, and close collaboration with the Site Development Manager.
- You have relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Management Partner, project coordinator, legal secretary, or from a similar trusted role.
- Experience in real estate development, construction, energy, infrastructure, or other complex project environments is preferred.
- You work in a structured, independent, and persistent manner and can handle many parallel tasks without losing oversight.
- You communicate confidently and professionally in both Danish and English.
- You have good organizational and political understanding and demonstrate sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- You are familiar with Microsoft 365 and structured document and task management.
- You dare to constructively challenge unclear formulations, assumptions, and missing documentation.
What makes this position special You will be close to the decisions and gain insight into the entire development process behind major data center projects, from real estate, planning, and regulatory processing to stakeholder management, infrastructure, and strategic priorities.
What we offer
The position is for you who is motivated by being a trusted right hand, creating calm and structure around complex processes, and making a noticeable difference in the projects' progress.
About atNorth We believe that atNorth's success starts with our employees' wellbeing. For us, an open, transparent, and inclusive culture is more than just a priority; it is the foundation of the way we lead and collaborate to create innovation.
