Site Manager

Site Manager – Sollefteå Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for a competent and driven Site Manager for our Development team in Sollefteå.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring reliable and regular construction management support, enabling efficient project execution and a smooth handover to the operations organization (Operations). You will oversee projects from planning to completion, lead contractors on-site, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Design, Security, and Operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to large-scale and significant data center projects in the Nordics.

Main tasks

Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations and safety requirements.

Oversee projects from planning to completion in collaboration with the local project team.

Lead and coordinate the General Contractor in daily work and escalate issues when necessary.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Design, Security, and Operations.

Establish, maintain, and follow up on project plans together with relevant stakeholders.

Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure alignment regarding milestones and deliveries.

Support procurement processes and ensure that Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment is delivered according to plan.

Monitor and report progress at the construction site, including hours worked and construction status.

Ensure that installations meet atNorth's quality standards.

Oversee commissioning activities in coordination with the Commissioning Manager.

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience in construction management or Construction Management.

Experience working in complex or large-scale construction projects (experience from the data center industry is meritorious but not a requirement).

Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a corresponding field.

Structured and detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum in the project.

Proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication skills.

Fluent English in speech and writing.

Ability and willingness to work on-site in Sollefteå daily.
