Project Manager (HDB – MSCP / HIP / ELUP / Main Contractor / A&A)

Role Overview Our client is a BCA-registered General Builder with a consistent pipeline of HDB upgrading and improvement projects . They are looking for a Project Manager to take full site and commercial ownership of HDB projects, particularly MSCP Improvement Works, HIP and ELUP . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of HDB projects from planning to handover.

Lead site teams and subcontractors , ensuring productivity, safety, and quality.

Control budget, progress claims, variations, and cost exposure .

Resolve technical, construction, and coordination issues on active sites.

Ensure compliance with HDB / BCA requirements, inspections, and documentation .

Prepare progress, coordination, and management reports .

Drive a disciplined site safety and performance culture .

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management .

3–5 years’ proven experience managing HDB works, including: MSCP Improvement Works

HIP

ELUP / Lift Upgrading

Strong working knowledge of HDB procedures and authority interfaces .

Able to manage multiple stakeholders, tight schedules, and resident-occupied environments .

Confident in subcontractor management and site decision-making.
