Technical System Coordinator Commissioning (m/f/d)

Within the framework of demanding shipbuilding projects, complex machine systems and technical systems are commissioned, tested, and accompanied until acceptance. The focus lies on the coordination of complete system processes, error analysis, and the technical management of the involved trades.

Job Description:

• Coordination and operation of complex overall systems consisting of several technical plants in ship operations
• Preparation, technical management, and monitoring of commissioning, including the coordination of fitters and external participants
• Planning of processes as well as creation and maintenance of item and test protocols for the individual plants
• Execution of system tests, error analyses, and troubleshooting, as well as development of suitable technical solutions
• Accompanying and executing acceptances with classification societies and building inspection, as well as coordination of work at outsourced workplaces

Qualifications:

• Completed, at least three-year vocational training as an Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the commissioning of machine systems and complex technical systems
• Sound knowledge in the testing, commissioning, and error analysis of technical plants as well as in handling test and item protocols
• Ability for the technical management of small teams as well as the coordination of different participants in the commissioning process
• Good English skills in speaking and writing as well as flexibility to take on tasks in operational work preparation
