Receptionist I | HOTEL RADISSON ALPHAVILLE
- We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodations. For instance, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. In addition to developing teamwork, dealing in a friendly manner with all daily situations.
Responsibilities and assignments • Open OS on the SIM platform for maintenance services. • Answer internal and external telephone calls, note requests in the log book, direct them to the responsible area, and upon receiving feedback, close the action certifying the satisfaction of the guest, resident, and client. • Check Event Service Orders (OS) for the day to direct guests/residents/clients. • Check each observation of the day's Reservations in order to identify special requests, such as: extra bed, crib, floor preference, and pre-determine apartment (assign). • Deliver RPP (NFC-e's) /RPS to the guest. • Clarify or direct general questions from guests. • Identify through the log book all pending issues and/or requests for that shift for follow-up and completion. • Print statement for verification. • Read and update the log book. • Guide guests, residents, and clients regarding the facilities of the establishment. • Provide and deliver apartment keys to guests/residents. • Perform guest check in and check out in the system. • Perform the cash closing of your shift. • Perform welcome call / courtesy call. • Receive guests, residents, and clients in a courteous manner. • Save or print contingency / security reports. • Request guests, residents, and clients to fill out the FNRH with all mandatory fields. • Request guest documentation at check in complying with internal and legal standards and procedures.
Secondary Responsibility: • Support other sectors when necessary. • Assist guests/residents/clients with luggage. • Consult sales channels. • Make reservations in the system.
Requirements and qualifications • Intermediate English • Experience in the role
