General Manager - Comfort Hotel & Sleep Inn Guarulhos

• Define and monitor the strategic plan of the unit(s) for the short, medium, and long term, disseminating and sharing decisions with Corporate in terms of management and operations based on consumer market behavior and business profile, tracking administrative and operational performance goals and indicators and redirecting courses based on objective alignment, aiming to ensure the sustainability and evolution of growth plans planned for the Hotel.

Responsibilities and duties

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities involving the administration and operation of the enterprise in order to achieve financial objectives.
• Participate in the formulation and administration of hotel policies and procedures and develop short, medium, and long-term goals and objectives for the enterprise.
• Determine, develop, implement, and monitor the brand and management company standards suggested for the Hotel.
• Restore and maintain the property in order.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through constant evaluations.
• Review cost reports and analyses, operational activities, as well as forecasts to determine progress toward achieving pre-established goals.
• Direct the budget plan for the Hotel's areas and departments, based on results presented as a percentage of cost, aiming to leverage competitive advantages and achieve better financial management in terms of technical, operational, and human efforts.
• Ensure full compliance with policies and guidelines defined by public and regulatory bodies, ensuring that areas are technically and legally supported to mitigate any and all legal risks, aiming to safeguard the company's image before authorities and society in general.

Requirements and qualifications

• Consolidated experience in the role of General Manager
• Proficiency in Office package
• English
• Strategic people management
• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related areas.
