The ATLANTIC Hotel Münster is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town and the popular "Promenade". The building combines urban architecture with the latest event technology and exclusive design. 223 stylish rooms across five categories as well as an additional suite create an inviting atmosphere through their warm earth tones. Culinary highlights are offered by the grill restaurant with fresh creations, as well as a Deli Lounge where excellent coffee specialties and small delicacies are offered in a relaxed ambiance. Unique for Münster and the entire region are the Skybar and the 380 m² event room on the 6th floor with a fantastic view overlooking the city.

The ATLANTIC Hotel Münster is looking for a Head of Breakfast Service (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) at the earliest possible date or by arrangement.

• Designing a special breakfast experience - With heartfelt service, you ensure that our guests enjoy a great start to the day.
• Responsibility for smooth operations - You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the restaurant and that our high quality and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Coordination and communication - You work closely with the breakfast kitchen to ensure harmonious interaction.
• Leadership tasks and motivation - You accompany, promote, and inspire our trainees and employees with professional guidance and personal commitment.
• Presentation and optimization - You take care of the attractive design, maintenance, and continuous development of our breakfast buffet.

What we wish for?

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
• Several years of experience in a comparable position
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays)
• Organizational talent and strong teamwork skills
• Very good manners and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Enthusiasm for high-quality service and interacting with guests
