About Athens Authentic Gyros Athens Authentic Gyros serves fresh, authentic Greek food in a friendly, fast-paced environment. We are hiring a dependable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations at 254 Gregoire Drive in Fort McMurray.

Your tasks

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, portioning and organizing ingredients

• Support cooks with basic cooking and meal assembly

• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment, counters and work areas

• Store and label food correctly

• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, restaurant or food-preparation experience is an asset but not required

• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a busy kitchen

• Dependable, organized and comfortable working as part of a team

• Willing to learn food-handling and food-safety practices

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal kitchen duties

What we offer

• Pay: $17.00?$20.00 per hour
