Analytical Development Laboratory Technician (M/F)

Athena IPS is one of the subsidiaries of the International Athena Pharmaceutiques group, renowned for its licensing and patent trading, its selection of product references, and its 50 licenses marketed per year.

Located in Prouvy (59), with our 150 employees, we specialize in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of pharmaceutical products, positioned in the dry dosage forms market for our international clients.

In addition to our expertise in manufacturing and packaging, we have created an R&D hub to perfect all stages in the drug cycle.

As part of our business development, we are looking for our Research & Development department:

TWO ANALYTICAL R&D TECHNICIANS (M/F)

MISSIONS:

Within the Analytical R&D department, you will participate in the development and validation of analytical methods, and perform the necessary analyses throughout the drug development process, guaranteeing data quality and complying with GMP and HSE rules.

To this end, your main missions will be as follows:

• Familiarize yourself with the bibliography, current guidelines, as well as working documents, and propose suitable tests;
• Implement analytical methods (HPLC, UPLC, GC, Dissolution, etc...), process and interpret the results obtained, and propose necessary optimizations;
• Record all data and observations in real time, ensuring data clarity and traceability;
• Write analytical procedures, and contribute to the writing of analytical protocols and study reports: stability, validation, transfer;
• Check the compliance of laboratory equipment and perform first-level maintenance.

PROFILE:

• You have completed a Bac+2 level such as a DUT or BTS in Chemistry
• You have at least 2 years of successful initial experience in an analytical chemistry laboratory, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• You have already put your knowledge of HPLC, UPLC, GC, Dissolution into practice. Mastery of Empower software is a plus.
• You possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and are comfortable with English.

Upon your arrival, an integration program will be offered, including a presentation of the site, the teams, as well as training (GMP, HSE, ATEX, SAP software, etc...).
