To support our growth, we are recruiting an EDMS Technician to work with one of our key partners in the Energy sector in Belfort (90).

Job Description

As part of our opportunity in the Energy sector, we are looking for an EDMS technician to ensure the management and compliance of technical documents.

In this role, your missions include:

• Ensuring documentary control to guarantee document compliance (format, data, contractual requirements)
• Providing support for document formatting
• Managing the distribution of deliverables to external parties (clients, certification bodies)
• Administering and operating EDMS tools (internal and client)
• Receiving and managing client feedback/comments
• Updating documentary registers
• Uploading documents into dedicated tools and launching associated workflows
• Ensuring follow-up of correspondence with the client
• Tracking and updating the RFI (Requests for Information) tracking file in Excel

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Initial experience in electronic document management (EDMS) or document control (minimum 1 year)
• Ideally acquired in an industrial, energy, or nuclear environment
• Good mastery of office tools, especially Excel
• Proficiency with EDMS / DMS tools
• A good level of English, both written and spoken

• Ability to manage multiple processes and interlocutors in parallel
