Your tasks
Responsibilities and assignments What you will do Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using specialized platforms and tools. Integrate AI agents with external systems, such as APIs, databases, CRMs, and other corporate applications. Optimize performance through prompt tuning, configurations, and continuous monitoring. Gather technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept to present solutions and collect feedback. Plan and monitor projects, ensuring deliveries within established deadlines. Act collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams. Support clients in the adoption of AI solutions, providing technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.
Requirements and qualifications Mandatory requirements Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience with software development, AI/Machine Learning engineering, or technical consulting. Solid knowledge of Python and Golang. Experience with system integration via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization. Excellent communication skills and client relationship management. Analytical profile oriented toward problem-solving. Advanced English - conversation
Desirable requirements Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence. Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. Knowledge of frameworks for AI agent development. Experience with Function Calling and orchestration of intelligent agents. Involvement in digital transformation and AI-based automation projects. Experience in agile and cross-functional environments.
