Mid-Level Bilingual Data Analyst - Campinas Unit

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop and send reports in Excel, SQL and POWER BI;
• Perform requirements gathering / process mapping;
• Participate in management meetings;
• Perform integration and research of information in databases;
• Automate routines;
• Negotiate demands;
• Maintain relationships with internal clients.
• Assessment of KPIs, alignment of concepts, business rules for report development;
• Development of ETL processes / database modeling;
• Monitoring of routines;
• Participation in operational discussion meetings with the client or operational team;
• Construction of Power BI dashboards;
• Escalations in the absence of data;
• Creation of automatic routines for sending databases to clients (Volumetry);
• SLA control of reports to internal and external clients;
• Generation of Hour-by-Hour reports.

Requirements and qualifications

Essential:

• Higher Education in progress or completed;
• Advanced knowledge in SQL Server and SSDT, data modeling and ETL processes, Power BI and Excel;
• Experience with BI;
• Advanced English.

Desirable:

• Desirable knowledge of Database Infra;
• Desirable knowledge in agile methodologies and Python;
• Desirable knowledge in Contact Center business models.
