Vacancy: Senior Bilingual Technical Support Specialist!

Do you have experience in technical support and diagnostics of electronic equipment or white goods? We want to meet you!

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, after-sales, or service centers.
• Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of consumer electronics and/or white goods.
• Knowledge of refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, microwaves, and electronic products.
• Intermediate English (B2).
• Ability to resolve complex cases and provide technical support to junior teams.
