Telephone Agent for Banking Clients - Customer Service

Schedule

Monday to Sunday from 14:00 to 22:00 hrs. Rotational rest days during the week or weekends

What are we looking for?

• Completed high school
• Ease of speech and service attitude
• Complete basic documentation
• *Indispensable?experience in ATC?Call center, verifiable with a letter of recommendation (Role Play is performed)
• *English B2 (Upper)
• CDMX Metro Cuauhtemoc or Insurgentes
