They are responsible for leading the team in assisting dissatisfied users, ensuring an empathetic, agile, and problem-solving approach. The position requires a combination of interpersonal skills, analytical vision, and operational knowledge, ensuring that services follow company policies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.On-site PositionResponsibilities and dutiesMonitoring KPIs;Analysis and updating of reports;Quality diagnostics and improvement opportunities;Presentation of results;Supervise/lead team;Responsible for relationship with client, manager, and operation manager;Application of feedback.Ensuring correct application of collection policiesSupport the team in more complex or critical casesRequirements and qualificationsMinimum of 6 months of experience in the role;Completed higher education or currently studying;Advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings, presentations, and corporate interactions;Previous experience in Collections operations;Good verbal and written communication and Analytical vision;Intermediate knowledge of Pacote Office;Ease in dealing with conflict situations, resolutiveness, and teamwork;Commitment and Organization;Argumentation and negotiation power;Interpersonal relationship;Respectful and firm attitude;Availability for on-site workAdditional informationSalaryR$ 2.400,00Working Hours 09h00 to 18h00Working Day200h month | 5x2 Schedule - days off on weekendsWork Location: Unidade Atento Nova São Paulo II - Av.
