Work mode: On-site Responsibilities and duties Manage and develop a team of leaders and specialists through the administration of work routines; Maintain the existing client portfolio, supporting new business for the company and ensuring the achievement of goals within established cost standards; Ensure operational processes and material/human resources, enabling the fulfillment of goals; Analyze operational KPIs strategically to meet contractual requirements; Act in client relationship management for the negotiation of demands and business; Act in the results committee; Identify the best business opportunities; Stakeholder and Client Management. Requirements and qualifications Experience as a client manager in Customer Experience; Experience in the SAC segment (Insurance is a differentiator); Intermediate English required to participate in meetings, alignments, and presentations; Completed Higher Education; Experience leading HO teams; Ability to work in a team; Be innovative; Ability to plan and organize; Good relationship with clients; High level of energy, motivation, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, focus on the team and on goals; Excellent interpersonal, communication, consulting, and influence skills; Ability to perform under pressure and short deadlines.
