Responsibilities and duties 📞 How will your day-to-day be? You will be responsible for active customer service via voice, with the objective of: Offering payment alternatives (installments, settlement, or renegotiation); Conducting conversations with empathy, clarity, and focus on results; Acting within the business strategy of the contracting client; Ensuring that each contact is respectful, productive, and generates satisfaction for both parties.

Requirements and qualifications At least 18 years of age; High School completed; Good communication and negotiation skills; Ability to listen attentively and respond with empathy; Organization to follow strategies and goals; Determination to overcome challenges; Mastery of value renegotiation; Must have agility; Basic English for reading and understanding the platform; Problem solving; Providing humanized and differentiated service; Good communication; Focus on customer satisfaction. Reside in São Paulo (Capital).

Additional information Salary R$ 1.621,00 + 30% Variable Remuneration Working Hours 09:00 - 17:12 Workload 180h per month | 5x2 Scale - Off on Saturday and Sunday
