Emphasis is placed on the impact on cost, opportunity, traceability, and operational continuity. The International Buyer will be responsible for cost optimization and supply continuity.

Responsibilities: Manage the complete cycle of international purchase orders. Negotiate commercial conditions with international suppliers. Ensure reliable information for the sourcing process. Convert needs identified by BI tools into purchase orders. Manage suppliers and purchase orders with commercial precision. Track the status of purchase orders. Control prices and ensure operational continuity. Update master data related to purchasing. Track international purchasing KPIs.

Requirements: Proven experience in managing international purchase orders. Knowledge in negotiation with international suppliers. Handling of ERP or internal purchase order systems. Proficiency in BI tools for data analysis. Experience in using Excel at an advanced level. Understanding of Proforma Invoice, Incoterms, and MOQ. Ability to calculate Landed Cost. Experience in supplier management. Knowledge in currency conversion (RMB USD EUR). English level B2 or higher. Ability to track KPIs and control costs. Skill in master data administration. Importation, nationalization, or customs management activities will not be executed.
