As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Replenishment Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain team. Your mission: Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your mission is to guarantee the availability of raw materials, components, and subcontracting services necessary for the fulfillment of our customer orders, while respecting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments. Your main responsibilities On a daily basis, you will be required to:

  • Ensure the monitoring and management of supplier order books;
  • Monitor order progress and follow up with suppliers to guarantee respect for deadlines;
  • Update data in the ERP and ensure the reliability of information;
  • Adjust, reschedule, or cancel orders based on evolving needs;
  • Participate in the management of supplier disputes in collaboration with the relevant departments;
  • Measure and monitor supplier performance through OTD (On Time Delivery) and OQD (On Quality Delivery) indicators;
  • Establish and communicate supplier Scorecards;
  • Organize supplier returns following a cost-control logic;
  • Identify supply risks and propose suitable solutions;
  • Alert project managers and production teams regarding potential impacts related to supplies;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain performance.

Profile Sought:

  • With a Bac to Bac+2/3 education in the fields of logistics, purchasing, industrial management, or equivalent, you ideally have a successful first experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.

You master:

  • Office tools, particularly Excel;
  • Logistics management software and/or ERP;
  • Monitoring supply flows and inventory management;
  • Professional English, both written and spoken.
