Concierge Supervisor

Your tasks

We are looking for a Concierge Supervisor to join our team at ATELIER Playa Mujeres. This role is key to supervising the daily operation of the Concierge area, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience for our guests, aligned with the luxury standards that distinguish us. Functions: Supervise and coordinate the Concierge team, guaranteeing efficient, warm, and professional service. Ensure compliance with service standards (Forbes, AAA, among others). Manage special requests, experiences, and VIP requirements. Attend to and provide effective solutions to guest complaints, comments, and needs. Train and develop the team to maintain high levels of performance and updated service knowledge. Maintain constant communication with different hotel departments to guarantee memorable experiences. Prepare operational reports and follow up on service indicators. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. Experience in luxury hotels (indispensable). English level B2 (conversational). Knowledge of Forbes, AAA, or other hospitality quality standards. Leadership, organization, and attention to detail skills. Availability to rotate shifts.
