Demand and Supply Planner - Lampa

We are looking for a Spare Parts Demand Planner!

Do you have experience in demand planning, supply management, or supply chain? An important company in the automotive sector is looking to add a Spare Parts Demand Planner to its Logistics - Import team.

Job Mission: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the demand plan for the assigned business line, managing activities that ensure the availability and rotation of spare parts stock.

Your main functions:

• Coordinate meetings with internal clients and the commercial area to adjust the forecast.
• Execute tracking tools for systematized purchasing.
• Detect deviations in deadline commitments and agree on action plans.
• Propose improvements to planning and supply management processes.
• Analyze the vehicle fleet and life cycles of vehicles/spare parts to optimize the product mix.
• Evaluate purchase suggestions based on stock, product mix, and sales history.
• Follow up and control orders to suppliers.

Requirements:

• Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería en Administración de Logística, or a related career.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of ERP SAP (desirable) and procurement management software.
• Intermediate English level.
• Knowledge of distribution logistics and import/customs laws.

Conditions: Location: Lampa Salary: $1.300.000 Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs / Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 hrs Contract: Monthly as an external contractor (initially).
