Technical Specialist and Training Sales - Pudahuel

At ATCOM, we are looking for a Technical Specialist and Training Sales to join an important team in the training and development area.

• We are looking for professionals with a commercial and technical orientation, the ability to relate to clients, and experience in the coordination and execution of training programs.

What will be your main challenge?

• Design, coordinate, and ensure the quality of training courses, while also participating in the technical sale of programs, instructor management, client relations, and administration of associated processes.

Main functions

• Create and update manuals, presentations, and training materials.
• Coordinate course content with speakers, instructors, and technical experts.
• Identify and select instructors according to the requirements of each program.
• Actively participate in the sale of courses, both in the field and through other channels.
• Manage registrations, documentation, and administrative follow-up of courses.
• Support the management of information associated with the SENCE platform and certification processes.
• Maintain contact with clients, identifying needs and supporting the technical presentation of courses.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Keep records, materials, documentation, and information regarding courses and instructors updated.
• Propose improvements in training content, methodologies, and processes.

Requirements

• Professional degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of work experience.
• 3 to 4 years of specific experience in related roles.
• Experience in the design and updating of courses and training materials.
• Experience in the coordination of speakers, instructors, or technical experts.
• Experience in technical sales, customer service, and post-sales follow-up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and quality tools.
• Desirable knowledge of SENCE and NCh 2728 regulations.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to travel within the country when required.

Conditions

• Modality: In-person.
• Area: Training and Formation.
• Net salary: $1.000.000.
• 40-hour work week: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:30 (45 min lunch break) and Friday from 08:30 to 16:15 (45 min lunch break).
• Availability to travel within the country when required.
