Job responsibilities

1. Follow up with existing customers:

• Prepare quotations (QTNs)
• Follow delivery status
• Handle quality-related matters
• Communicate regularly with customers

1. Develop new customers in the South Vietnam market.
2. Develop and evaluate new suppliers.
3. Achieve assigned sales targets in the South area and track sales performance.

Requirements

• College degree or above (minimum 2-year college program).
• Basic English or Japanese communication skills:

+ Ability to write emails + Ability to read and understand contracts + Ability to communicate with Japanese colleagues/clients

• Experience in sales for mechanical parts (MP parts) is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
