To strengthen our successful Corporate IT Team at the headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate 1 Student Employee - Digital & AI Enablement (f/m/d) Working hours: 20 hours per week

We are looking for motivated student employees to support our digital and AI initiatives by combining practical technical work with enablement and knowledge sharing.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of small AI and digital Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

• Supporting Python scripts, small tools, and data processing

• Creating simple prototypes or agents with Microsoft Copilot

• Supporting automation and integration initiatives; assistance with testing, documentation, and debugging

• Contributing to AI and digitalization training (materials, demos, examples)

• Capturing and sharing best practices, guidelines, and internal content

• Supporting communication to make digital topics accessible to non-technical target groups.

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a comparable technical field

• A university degree in Chemistry, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or similar is an advantage

• Basic to good programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)

• Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English; German skills are an advantage

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail, "out of the box" thinking, and good stress management

• Willingness to constantly learn and evolve with new technologies and methods
