To strengthen our successful team at the Fehring location, we are looking for a dedicated 1 Production Technician Fehring Plant

Your Responsibilities

• Further development and optimization of our highly automated production processes

• Creation and further development of process documentation (e.g., operating instructions, FMEA's, control plans, and specifications)

• Continuous improvement of environmentally impacting parameters and safety devices with regard to cost optimization and quality

• Supporting manufacturing during the introduction of new technologies, processes, and innovative workflows

• Introduction and qualification of new equipment and production technologies

• Ensuring efficient manufacturing with optimal process assurance

• Specific training of employees regarding new equipment or production processes

• Compliance with and implementation of quality and environmental management standards and occupational safety guidelines

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Werksmeister) in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Laser Technology)

• Initial professional experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Interest in process optimization and technical correlations

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• High willingness to learn and initiative

• Ability to work in a team as well as strong communication skills

• Good MS-Office skills, SAP or SQL skills are an advantage

• English skills in spoken and written form

The minimum salary for the position as Production Technician Fehring Plant is 3,449.08 EUR gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
