Experience: A proven track record of 5-7 years in project controls, specifically within the Construction, Civil, or Architecture sectors. Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Project Cost Control and Planning Engineering is essential. Tools & Methodologies: Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 , Earned Value Management (EVM) , and Risk Management frameworks. Education: A solid academic background in Engineering or a related field that supports complex project oversight. Leadership: Exceptional Stakeholder Management and communication skills to navigate the dynamic environment of Cairo-based projects.
