- Strategic Oversight: Lead the planning and cost control functions for large-scale construction projects, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and excellence.
- Financial Mastery: Manage complex budgets, perform rigorous cost analysis, and implement cost-saving strategies that drive project profitability.
- Project Excellence: Utilize advanced scheduling tools to maintain project momentum and navigate the complexities of the civil engineering and architecture landscape.
- Leadership: Provide high-level direction to project teams, ensuring alignment between technical execution and financial objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven success in Planning and Cost Control roles within the Construction, Civil, or Architecture industries.
- Core Competencies: Expert-level knowledge of Construction methodologies, Project Scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced Budgeting & Forecasting software.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage Risk Management and Strategic Planning at a Senior Management level.
- Communication: Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Commitment: Ability to work Full Time and On-site in Cairo, Egypt.
