Cost Accountant Supervisor (Construction industry is required)

• Establishing the Cost Accounting Department, its procedures, and the cost center structure for projects.
• Financially reviewing contractors' payment certificates, matching them with contracts, and following up on each contractor's status.
• Allocating costs to units and calculating cost per meter and the cost of delivered units.
• Preparing a monthly cost report for each project compared to the budget and analyzing variances.
• Participating in preparing project estimated budgets.
• Closing cost accounts monthly and coordinating with General Accounting and the Engineering Department.
• Participating in implementing the ERP system in the Cost Accounting section.
• Building the department team, training, and following up on performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 6 years in real estate development companies.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience as a Section Head or Cost Team Supervisor.
• Experience in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience in contractors' payment certificates and project cost follow-up reports.
• Knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards and contracting taxes.
• Experience with ERP systems and excellent Excel skills.
