Architect Finishing Engineer

Job Responsibilities Supervise and monitor architectural finishing works on site.

Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate unit finishing works with contractors and relevant engineering disciplines.

Inspect completed works, identify snags, and follow up on rectification.

Support the handover process and ensure timely completion of units.

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.

3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural finishing works.

Proven experience in finishing and handover of units within malls or commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and site execution.

Ability to review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines.

Strong skills in site supervision, quality control, snagging, and handover.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
