Project Analyst in Finance Function

Your tasks

We are seeking a Project Analyst to support project planning, monitoring, and execution within the Finance function. This role is responsible for analyzing project performance, evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing insights to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data to support planning, tracking, and decision-making.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and progress reports to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor project performance and identify risks, issues, and deviations from agreed timelines and objectives.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Finance function.
• Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment of project activities.
• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, management reports, and presentation materials.
• Document project requirements, action plans, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in project governance activities, including project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Analyst, PMO, Business Process Improvement, Finance Transformation, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices will be a plus.
• Experience working within Finance or Accounting or related functions is preferred.
