Preventive Health Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Preventive Health Intern to support the execution of Medical Check-Up (MCU) programs, coordinate with healthcare providers, manage administrative activities, and assist clients throughout preventive health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate MCU program activities with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.

Support onsite client MCU events and operational processes.

Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and participant data.

Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support through communication channels.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.

Analyze data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions to improve operations.

Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major.

Available for a 6-month internship.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookup/xlookup).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional presence and comfortable interacting directly with clients.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Active involvement in university organizations is a plus.
