Finance Excellence Senior Associate

Your tasks

• Identify and solve Finance process issues through automation, data, technology, and improved controls.
• Build and maintain Finance tools, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Drive improvements across Finance processes to make them more effective, efficient, and cost-effective, including AI-driven solutions.
• Work with Finance, Product, Data, Commercial, and Technology teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Analyze data and process performance, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and support UAT and implementation.

Requirements

• Proactive problem solver who is eager to simplify manual processes, identify issues, and come up with practical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Strategic Finance, Process Improvement, Reconciliation, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of Finance and business processes, controls, and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Excel skills and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Exposure to Data, Technology, BI, or reporting is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI / Generative AI is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or dashboarding tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
