Aerospace Program Manager (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Missions

• Collect and translate customer needs into operational action plans.
• Build, manage, and update the global schedule for assigned programs.
• Coordinate the activities of the production, maintenance, assembly, and inspection workshops.
• Develop and lead the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) with internal teams.
• Analyze loads and capacities to anticipate needs and optimize industrial resources.
• Build revenue forecasts, budgets, and activity projections.
• Identify variances between forecasts and actuals, then manage corrective actions.
• Monitor performance indicators: deadline compliance, load-capacity, profitability, and progress.
• Lead internal management meetings as well as program reviews with customers.
• Manage program risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements of the aerospace sector.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Required Profile

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in aeronautics, industrial production, supply chain, or project management.
• Significant experience in industrial program management, ideally in aeronautics or a high-requirement sector.
• Mastery of industrial planning, S&OP, and load-capacity analyses.
• Good understanding of budgetary mechanisms, forecasted revenue, and profitability monitoring.
• Proficiency in an industrial ERP and planning tools.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple interfaces.
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements applicable to aeronautical activities is appreciated.
• Experience in production, maintenance, assembly, or special processes is appreciated.
• Professional English required for exchanges and documentation.
• Rigor, analytical skills, customer focus, and the ability to make decisions in a demanding industrial environment.
