Ultrasound Probe Assembly & Testing Operator
Role Overview | 岗位概述 Join the Singapore manufacturing operations team as a hands-on production professional responsible for the precision assembly, routine testing and inspection of ultrasound probes and related equipment. Key Responsibilities | 核心职责 Process-based assembly: Perform precision assembly of ultrasound probes and operate related precision equipment in strict accordance with approved SOPs and work instructions. Activities may include adhesive preparation, transducer cutting, grinding operations, cable soldering and enclosure encapsulation. 按工艺流程进行装配: 严格遵照已批准的标准作业程序（SOP）和作业指导书，对超声探头装配及相关精密设备进行操作。工作内容可包括胶水配制、换能器切割、研磨加工及线缆焊接、外壳封装等 Routine testing and inspection: Operate designated production test equipment and test fixtures in accordance with approved procedures. Perform visual, functional and basic electrical checks; record results accurately; and promptly flag abnormal findings for review and escalation. 常规测试与检验: 按照批准的程序操作指定的生产测试设备和测试工装。执行外观、功能和基本电气检查；准确记录结果，并及时标识异常结果以供审核和升级处理。 Quality and documentation: Complete production, inspection and traceability records accurately. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, follow applicable quality controls, and handle products and materials in accordance with site procedures. 质量与文件记录: 准确完成生产、检验及追溯记录。保持工作区域整洁有序，遵循适用的质量控制要求，并依照现场程序处理产品与物料。 Process discipline and improvement support: Follow standard processes, safety requirements and production controls consistently. Support process-improvement activities by reporting recurring issues, deviations and practical observations to the production supervisor or engineer. 工艺纪律与改进支持: 始终遵循标准流程、安全要求和生产控制措施。通过向生产主管或工程师报告重复性问题、偏差和实操观察，支持流程改进工作。 Equipment and work-station support: Conduct routine pre-use checks of tools, jigs and test fixtures; keep equipment and work stations in good order; and report equipment faults or maintenance needs promptly. 设备与工位支持: 对工具、工装和测试夹具进行日常使用前检查；保持设备和工位状态良好；及时报告设备故障或维护需求。
Qualifications & Skills | 任职资格与技能 NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or relevant practical manufacturing experience in Electronics, Mechatronics, Medical Device Manufacturing or a related technical discipline. 具备电子工程、机电一体化、医疗器械制造或相关技术专业的 NITEC、Higher NITEC 或大专文凭，或具备相关制造实操经验。 At least 2 years of assembly, testing, inspection or repair experience in precision medical devices or high-end electronic products. Experience with ultrasound probe manufacturing, operation of grinding machines, or dicing machines will be an advantage. 具备至少 2 年精密医疗设备或高端电子产品的装配、测试、检验或维修经验。有超声探头相关经验、操作磨床、操作划片机者优先。 Strong hands-on capability and the ability to follow SOPs, assembly drawings and basic wiring or technical diagrams. Able to use hand tools, digital multimeters and assigned test equipment after training. 动手能力强，能够遵循 SOP、装配图纸及基本线路图或技术图纸；经培训后能使用手工工具、数字万用表和指定测试设备。 Meticulous, quality-conscious, safety-minded and able to follow defined processes while working effectively as part of a team. 工作细致，重视质量和安全，能够遵守既定流程并在团队中有效协作。 Functional reading ability in English and Chinese is required to follow SOPs, technical documentation and training materials used across Singapore and China. 因需阅读和遵循新加坡及中国使用的 SOP、技术文件和培训材料，需具备基本的中英文阅读能力。
Remuneration & Benefits | 薪资与福利 SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,000 Per Month + Bonus 5-Day Work Week: Mondays to Fridays Regular Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; overtime may be required.
