Our client is a successful and well established multi branch IFA firm and they are currently looking for a Manager to join the team This role is managing a team of Financial Services Administrators and when necessary having the knowledge to be hands on in the team as well The company are a multi branch set up and use Intelligent Office as their CRM system The ideal candidate will have management experience but also know IO and have dealt with : Fund Switches Withdrawals New business ISA top ups and use of multiple platform knowledge The management aspect will include coach and training of new staff Recruitment 1-2-1's expert knowledge to guide the team We can command a base salary for the roel up to £50000 plus great benefits package For more details call Jason at Astral
