Your tasks
- Manage, maintain, and support the organization’s core IT infrastructure.
- Administer and provide technical support for end-user systems, computers, and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain virtualized environments and virtual machines.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, connectivity, and security.
- Ensure database availability, performance, backup, and recovery.
- Manage and maintain surveillance systems, including CCTV and related equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure high availability, system reliability, and continuous operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Odoo ERP system.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and data protection measures.
- Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and infrastructure records.
- Support business continuity through regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain IT services.
- System & Virtualization Administration: Manage Microsoft HV, VMware ESXi hypervisors and vCenter environments; handle virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and resource allocation.
- Directory Services & Governance: Oversee Active Directory Domain Controllers, user access roles, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and system authentication security.
- Network & Security Infrastructure: Maintain local network infrastructure; manage Firewall configurations, VPN access, traffic routing, and operational security policies.
- Database Management: Execute installation, maintenance, automated backup routines, and performance troubleshooting for SQL Server databases.
- End-User Hardware & Software Support: Oversee technical troubleshooting, hardware diagnostic, and routine maintenance for workstations, laptops, operating systems, and printers.
- Unified Communications & Telephony: Administer Cisco VoIP phone systems and extensions.
- Surveillance & Physical Security Systems: Managing and troubleshooting the Surveillance system (CCTV cameras, DVR, and NVR systems).
