FOUNDING PRODUCT ENGINEER

Responsibilities

Building Aston's reservation and property-management technology. Website and backend integration. Property inventory and unit-level availability systems. Reservation flow and state handling. Payment recording and reconciliation support. Operational dashboards and internal tools. Contributing to a technology foundation that can eventually support Monthly.

What we're looking for

Strong full-stack engineering judgement and ownership. Comfort designing data models where correctness matters — availability and payments cannot be approximate. Pragmatism about scope: shipping useful systems before elegant ones. Interest in the operating problem, not only the code.
