Maintenance Teamlead

As Maintenance Teamlead, you actively participate in maintenance and troubleshooting, while simultaneously managing two technicians within your shift. A role for experienced technicians who want to take on responsibility without giving up the technical work.

Maintenance Teamlead - Job Description:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on automated installations and intervening quickly during technical malfunctions.
• Managing and guiding technicians within the shift, with a focus on safety, priorities, and quality of execution.
• Acting as the first point of contact during incidents, coordinating with the supervisor and communicating technical information clearly.

Maintenance Teamlead - Profile:

• Several years of experience as a maintenance or service technician in an industrial or automated environment.
• Hands-on leadership, where you take responsibility and support colleagues operationally.
• Flexibility in a shift system and smooth professional communication in English.
