Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance that only reacts to breakdowns loses ground over time. This role revolves around structurally strengthening reliability, leading a technically strong team, and implementing clear processes within a complex installation context.

The working environment is situated within a heavy process industry where food and chemical applications intersect. The installations vary from modern systems to older infrastructure, providing a broad technical challenge and a high degree of complexity in maintenance.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you take charge of a broad maintenance scope and lead a team of approximately 30 employees on a daily basis. You combine operational management with the further rollout and anchoring of a clear maintenance structure.

Maintenance Supervisor - Job Description:

• You lead a multidisciplinary team of internal and external technicians and ensure clear priorities, follow-up, and efficient daily operations.
• You optimize maintenance processes by translating breakdown analyses into structural improvements and higher reliability of installations.
• You coordinate planning and execution together with work preparers and planners and monitor safety, quality, and continuity in a 24/7 production environment.

Maintenance Supervisor - Profile:

• You possess a master's degree or equivalent level of thinking within electromechanics or a related technical domain, with strong mechanical affinity.
• You have at least 5 years of experience within an industrial process environment and demonstrate the maturity to lead an experienced and critical technical crew.
• You combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership and are able to implement improvements both operationally and structurally.
