Requirements
Experience in hospital inpatient booking, OT scheduling, and endoscopy coordination. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing teams, client services, doctors' secretaries, consultants, and external clinics. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for operational tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring. Mature professional and proactive approach when dealing with doctors and multidisciplinary teams. Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support other operational functions and colleagues as required. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills to improve workflow efficiency and optimize departmental operations.
