Sales Brake (MCCS) - Asst.Manager

1. Expanding 2W Brake Business. including follow up the division operation of related activities following company strategy.
2. Promoting customer adtivity (Receiving customer requirement. making internal agenda, lead to process and collect the result)
3. Support Asian local sale and lead to process and promote customer activities
4. Analyses the cost, expense, including summarizing then feedback to internal related organization for improvement.
5. Price strategy operation and VAVE deployment.
6. Department yearly budgeting and operation controlling.

Qualifications: All genders are welcome. Age : Between 30 - 40 years old. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Japanese, English or related fields. Have experience in related field for more than 7 year up. Working under pressure situation Understanding in price graph (Honda Style) Systematic & Logic Thinking Literature in Excel & Power Point Good Command in English (TOEIC 550 up is advantage.),Japanes N2 Communication and negotiation skill PDCA and Teamworking
