Purchasing Strategy (Senior Officer)

Your tasks

1. Team management including training to subordinates
2. Overall KPI progress management for depatment
3. Search, evaluate and develop new suppliers (local or overseas) as per company need.
4. Identify VA/VE ideas, chedk the feasibility, analyse the cost and make the proposal
5. Study and promote the group purchasing/centralized purchasing activities
6. Manage RFQ process, cost analysis and negotiation with suppliers.
7. Understand and execute the purchasing strategy (parts/material) for group companies.
8. Coordinate and execute the contracts and agreements with suppliers.
9. Supplier management and mapping
10. Monitor market movement i.e., RM cost fluctuations, exchange movements etc.
11. Support the team in tasks, problem-solving, and process improvments.
12. Making and reporting the progress reports in weekly and monthly meetings.

Requirements

1. All genders are welcome.
2. Age: Between 30-42 years
3. Bachelor’s degree in Engineer related field
4. Have experience Purchasing - Strategic Purchasing Min. 4+ years, experience in the automotive industry will special consideration
5. Technical&Engineering Knowledge ; Understanding of technical drawigs, engineering processes,raw materials, and manufacturing process.
6. Purchasing&Cost Analysis: Experience in stratigic purchasing, cost analysis,negotiation skill / techniques, project management, supplier development
7. Market Trends : Good Knowledge of market trend and movements
8. Analytical thinking, Problem-Solving Ability, Positive mindset, Leadership with strong coordination, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
9. Able to computer Skill Micro Soft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and internet research.
10. Strong communication skill with good command in English (Read and Write) Toeic 550 Up
