Manager (Mass Production Purchasing)

Major duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage RFQ process, cost analysis and negotiation with suppliers.
2. Issue LOI and PO's to suppliers and follow-up mass production shipments.
3. Adjustment of mass production parts cost due to Ex.Rate or RM cost movement etc.
4. Manage and coordinate quality related issued with suppliers.
5. Coordinate and execute the contracts and agreements with suppliers.
6. Project management (Supplier development) for new model parts in development stage.
7. Making and reporting the KPI progress reports in weekly and monthly meetings.
8. Understand and execute the purchasing strategy (parts/material) for the company.
9. Identify VA/VE ideas, check the feasibility, analyse the cost and make the proposal.
10. Support the team in group tasks/events, problem-solving, and process improvements.

Qualifications: Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age between 35 – 45 years old. Bachelor's degree in any field. More than 5 years of experience. Purchasing & Cost Analysis: Experience in mass production purchasing, RFQ, cost analysis, negotiation skill/ techniques, project Mgmt., supplier development Communication and Language Skills: Strong communication skill with good command on English language i.e., strong written, verbal, listening skills Technical & Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of technical drawings, raw materials, and manufacturing process and quality control. Computer Skills: MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) and internet research. Market Trends: Good Knowledge of market trend and movements Analytical thinking, Problem-Solving Ability, Positive mindset, Leadership with strong coordination, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
