Daily tasks
- Collaboration with UX/UI designers and product teams to achieve research goals.
- Selection of appropriate research methods, taking into account project goals, schedule, and available resources.
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Preparing interview scenarios, discussion guides, surveys, and usability testing materials.
- Collecting and analyzing user opinions and feedback.
- Formulating conclusions and recommendations to support design decision-making.
- Organizing and maintaining research results in a central repository.
- Co-creating consistent research processes and standards for documenting results.
- Building collaboration with UX/UI, product, and other stakeholder teams.
- Utilizing data and evidence from user research to increase the accuracy of design decisions.
Requirements
You have a higher education degree in design, computer science, psychology, or a related field.
You have 3–5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a similar position.
You have practical experience working with Figma and Zeplin tools.
You know and can select appropriate UX research methods, both qualitative and quantitative.
You can prepare interview scenarios, survey questionnaires, usability testing materials, and other research materials.
You know how to analyze user needs, behaviors, motivations, and problems, and translate research findings into recommendations.
You have very good communication skills and can collaborate effectively in a team.
You are fluent in English (B2+/C1).
You are distinguished by curiosity, openness to new challenges, and a positive attitude toward collaboration.
Must have: UX, Figma, Zeplin, Ada
