Analyzing business needs and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements
Analyzing processes and data flows between the core banking system, integrations/API, data platforms, and reporting systems
Conducting workshops with Product Owners, business, architects, developers, and testers
Analyzing the impact of changes on upstream and downstream systems, including data lineage, reconciliation, and operational processes
Creating acceptance criteria and test scenarios for standard and exceptional transaction flows
Analyzing production incidents and data discrepancies using SQL
Collaborating with development teams during refinement, implementation, and testing
Supporting the development and modernization of solutions in the area of accounts and deposits

You have experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or System Analyst in the banking sector
You are very good at analyzing business, functional, and non-functional requirements
You have practical knowledge of SQL and can analyze large, complex datasets
You understand system integrations, API, and end-to-end data flows
You are familiar with issues related to accounts, deposits, balances, interest, fees, and postings
You can independently manage a topic and collaborate with many stakeholders
You have worked with Jira and Confluence
You have a very good command of English (min. B2 / C1)
