About the company

Currently, for our client in the financial industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Application Security Specialist (IAM / SailPoint IIQ) - M/F

Your tasks

• Analysis of user access to applications and systems.
• Identification of excessive, inactive, or unnecessary permissions.
• Preparing recommendations regarding changes in access.
• Cooperation with application owners, business, and IT teams.
• Coordinating activities related to the onboarding of applications to SailPoint IIQ.
• Support in organizing access groups, user accounts, and technical accounts.
• Cooperation with IAM and RACF experts during access and risk analysis.
• Identification of risks and proposing corrective actions.
• Participation in workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements

You will excel in this role if

• You have experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) area.
• You have worked with the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
• You have experience in managing user permissions, access groups, and technical accounts.
• You can analyze access and recommend security-related actions.
• You collaborate fluently with both business and technical teams.
• You have experience in conducting workshops and discussions with stakeholders.
• You are familiar with the Mainframe and/or RACF environment.
• You have participated in creating or developing use cases related to Microsoft Copilot, especially in the area of IAM, data access, or Mainframe environments.
• You can manage tasks independently and thrive in a project environment.
• You know English very well (min. B2/C1).

Must have: SailPoint, IAM, Identity & Access Management
